Lie the user on their side, unfold the adult disposable pad and fold it inward by about one-third, placing the folded part at the user's waist position. Then have the user flip their side and flatten the previously folded side, ensuring that the care pad is laid flat on the bed. Normally, adult incontinence pads should be replaced every 4-5 hours. If the user's urine output is large or the water absorption of the care pad is poor, it may need to be replaced more frequently.
